THE PROJECT

The Learning Curve is a narco comedy web series that follows Carlos and Young Stogie, two unsuspecting college roomates based in southern california. This original idea was brought to life with an amazing crew over years of prep and hard work.

Produced alongside Hip Librarian Productions this narco comedy was made from original concept to final product. With an expected release in early 2027 this comedic web series aims to hit the 2027 film festival ciruit.

HOW WE MADE IT

APPROACH

The entire project was made from the ground up to fit the tone that this project was trying to get across. From original idea to final 30 minute pilot this web series is unlike something you’ve ever seen before.

Coming Early 2027…

Two camera setup allowed for easy scene cross coverage and time maximation. Shot over 8 days, this web series was crafted to maximize budget and outcome while making a safe and fun set environment.

Natural lighting, atmospheric haze, and practical lighting effects were carefully embraced to maintain the authentic feeling of the project without artificial enhancements.

Every shot was refined through editing and color grading, balancing vibrant warm tones with rich contrast to create a polished and immersive final film.
